     who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven

Prayer of the Church

P In peace, let us pray to the Lord:

P In thanksgiving for Christ’s glorious resurrection, that by His death for the world’s reconciliation and in the promise of new and everlasting life we may come at last to the reunion of all His saints at the resurrection of all flesh, let us pray to the Lord:

C Lord, have mercy.

P For boldness from God’s Holy Spirit, that we may be renewed in witness, sustained in trial and refreshed through the Means of Grace; for those who bring us the Lord’s gifts and preach us the Word, that they would be blessed in their calling; and for all God’s people, that we may receive this Easter faith with willing ears and keep it with willing hearts, let us pray to the Lord:
